Which Console Hosts Most Of Your Favorite Games?
I would have to go with SNES.
While Playstation hosts some GOOD RPGs, I still think the SNES had more.
Though the NES had some good games, they are not very easy...practice and dedication are necessary to master most NES games. Practice, dedication, and patience I do not have...
As for Sega, I never had anything beyond the Genesis and its Sonic the Hedgehog games...
The only real X Box game I have played is Halo...while I will agree the graphics on the X Box far surpass the capabilities of the PS2, I am not about to invest in another gaming system for awhile, considering that the next generation consoles are on their way out.
In all honesty, I wish the console companies would just come together and create ONE machine, or better yet, release more PC versions of their games. Purchasing and owning multiple consoles can be a pain, especially with limited space, or when you are moving...
...EITHER WAY, back to the poll.

SNES, hands down.
Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy VI, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG, Super Mario World, Super Mario All-Stars, Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Earthbound, the original Harvest Moon (yeah, most later versions are better, but this one's still good), Kirby Super Star, Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Metroid, Illusion of Gaia...and those are just some of the top ones.
After that, I'd probably go with PSX/PS1/PS2. FF Tactics, FF Origins, FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX, FFX-2, Xenogears, Chrono Cross, Star Ocean 2, Lunar: SSSC, Xenosaga, and many other great RPGs, plus games like Metal Gear Solid (both of them) and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night make this my other absolute must-have system.
Due to the sheer volume of its three-generation game library, GBA needs a mention. Some good RPGs, plenty of great other games, and my favorite Castlevania (yes, I like Aria of Sorrow even better than Symphony of the Night).
NES is also a favorite, with plenty of great non-RPGs, maybe even more than SNES. However, RPGs are my favorite games, and one Final Fantasy, two Zeldas and four Dragon Warriors just don't quite fulfill that need as well as the above two systems.
After that, N64 and GameCube just about tie. Both have a few must-have games, but not enough to warrant a higher ranking. GameCube edges out a bit, since I predict within a couple of years, most of my favorite N64 games will be ported to GameCube in manners similar to the Zelda games.
All the others fall below this, despite the fact that they all have some great games.
SNES: Holds alot of replayable games that were never upgraded to a higher system
PS2: All the remakes and some of my PS1 favorites as well as the new games like .hack can be played on this system
GBA: Released tons of great games, but I like the moron I am sold all of them but one...shoot me now
I'm kinda stuck on this...

PS. The Legacy of Kain series, the Silent Hill series, the Dynasty Warriors series, the remakes of the original FF's and the new FF's, the Resident Evil series . . . and more than a few that I'm forgetting.
SNES or Genesis would come in second; The original FFIV, MMX, and SMRPG were gems, and the Shining Forces were outstanding. Plus all the other "honorable mention" games.

I actually did a paper in my Modern Media Technology class on why the SNES was the best game system. The main idea of the paper was that the SNES had the best balance of both game play and graphics.

I didn't even have to hesitate to go with the NES. Come on, good old FF1 and FF2. Of course, the Ninja Gaiden series as well. Who can forget Bubble Bobble? The first two Legend of Zelda games? Since I do not prefer RPGs over all other genres, I can easily go with the NES which has TONS of replayable games. I focus on replayability, no matter what the genre is. Now, sometimes, there is repetitiveness. Megaman 1 to Megaman 6, but the games themselves can go separate. So, I guess they are not repetitive in this case. A Boy and His Blob...no matter how poorly crafted that game was, happened to be entertaining. Oh YEAH, I can never forget about Adventure Island series. Oh, NES had the original Mario series too. Yep, NES all the way. I wish I still had mine...damn thing had to break...

The SNES, or as I call it, the Superness.

Not to get overly nitpicky, but...FF2 came out on the Famicom, but not the NES.

TurboDuo...mostly the CD games. I love 2D games. When you mix a system that did 2D very well with CD quality audio, it was a big winner in my book. Its what was responsible for my interest in game music. I used to take the CDs and just listen to the tracks. To bad you cant do that anymore :(

If it were simply RPG I might have to say Sony's Systems due to the fact that most of the FFs are on it and so it Chrono Trigger, FFTactics, and even Chrono Cross to some extent...
But since it's GAMES, ya really got almost no choice, SNES/SF hands down.
SNES/SF - Final Fantasy IV-VI, Chrono Trigger, Radical Dreamers (one of the few and proud who likes it more than Cross), Super Metroid (I actually like Return of Samus more...), Star Ocean, Live-a-Live, Bahamut Lagoon, Seiken Densetsu III, Tales of Phantasia, Megaman Series (don't have time to remember exactly which ones this system had, I'm sure it's a million and one, just like always), Raiden Triad (I LOVE Raiden), Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 (I could give a **** less about the rest), Street Fighter 2 (and all the alterations), blah blah blah...the list goes on forever really...
As for the honorable mentions...
NES/Famicom - Metroid, Kid Icarus, Megaman 1-(6? 7? Something absurd I'm sure), FF1 & 3 (don't dig on 2 much, other two are great!), DQ/WI, II, & IV (not the biggest fan of 3 or 1 for that matter...but...), this list too could go on forever really...But I you just get more out of the Super Systems...cause they're super!
PSX - FFTactics, CCross, DQ/W7, Parasite Eve, NO2 (I liked it enough, and I loved the music!), uh...I'm sure this list is a lot bigger too, but I can't think right now...
Gameboy games...Hmm...Return of Samus is kick ass...uh...I dunno...I didn't get into Gameboy too much...
And the Sega Systems got...uh...Phantasy Stars? Oh! I liked them Shining Force games too!
