What Did You Get for Christmas?

Here's a thread for all of your Christmas brouhaha so we don't have a million threads about it. If I need to, I'll start merging other threads into this one - I just don't want a million new posts when someone is pumped up they got a new Game Boy or whatever.

As for me, I've gotten some CDs so far, but more on that later.

w00t. I've gotten quite a bit, and mosty just from friends.

Stuff from my friends so far:
    Hello kitty key chain
    Kuroneko key chain
    Monty Python God bobble head
    Hello Kitty clock
    Hamtaro plushie
PS2 memory card (from Joe =D)
My Little Pony box set (from Joe =D)
CD of burned music (from Joe =D)
    Moshi pillow!

    From dad:
$50 gift certificate to Foot Locker.
$50 gift certificate to Dillards (bought a nice coat that I really needed. Ten dollar one from Wal-Mart wasn't working out). I was seriously hoping to have some money left over for a shirt or something, but Jesus, Dillards is expensive.

    From mom:
Haven't gotten it yet, but she had me write down the model of tuner and what stand I needed.

A tuner, stand, and a coat are all I really wanted this Christmas, so I'm deffinitely happy. Also going to drive down to Houston tomorrow to see family that I haven't seen in three years.

nothing really yet! I got a teddy bear from the head boss lady but in a cool way she said Christmas is all about sharing blah blah so I gave it to the niece.

all I want is a lamp, some polo sport, and a new computer chair.

I bought myself a Boba Fett life-size standup.

Mine was entirely by chance. I'd come home to Key West about a week and a half ago. Yesterday I went down to the local Sam Goody with a buddy of mine to see how much the ROTK: Extended Edition was. Apparently they had gotten some stand-ups to sell along with the DVD trilogy back when it came out. I have only the inherent weirdness of Key West to thank for the fact that every one of them EXCEPT Boba Fett -- indisputably the coolest character in the entire series -- had been bought up. And this one was for a scant $26. I couldn't believe it.

My roommates and I have a whole Mandalorian thing going for our apartment already. This oughta fit in pretty well. This year, I'm giving the gift of Fett.

I guess I've outgrown christmas...no games or cool shit. I was hoping for at least maybe a gift card to EB or something. Get myself Mario Tennis or something.

Bunch of sweaters & shirts (was very excited, as that's what I asked for)
Boye Needlemaster set (knitting needles, a BUTTLOAD)
    Matching hat, gloves, cape
Green pea coat from Old Navy (I friggin' love)
Pair of BRIGHT RED Merrells (shoes)
    Encyclopedia of Knitting
    The Urbz for Nintendo DS
    Flame red GBA SP
    Lots of yarn!

Am most satisfied! Was REALLY excited that the gifts we got for others really went over well. JT (bro-in-law) got Dodgeball on DVD, complete with headband! He whipped the headband out immediately and wore it all morning. ^o^ Got my little brother Kelsey an impact wrench, which he was excited with as well. Chad, my cousin, got a "25 most memorable races in NASCAR" book, and Trent (another cousin) got the George Strait "for the last time" at the Astrodome DVD and CD. Momma recieved a Steven Curtis Chapman CD and the revelation that Bryan & I pledged to donate each month to Shaohannah's Hope (a charity for adopting orphans) in our parents' names, and a Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder CD for Daddy. They were all really excited.

I LOVE IT when everyone likes what I got them.

Also, does anyone else find it hilarious that the Katamari soundtrack is nearly twice the cost of the game?

    Napolean Dynamite (score!)

Fahrenheit 911 (which I am going to return because, at this point in the game, it's just too painful to watch.)

    $50 cash (score!)

$50 gift certificate to the mall (Thank you for adding a step to my gift-receiving process.)

And another $50 cash (double score!)

I think I'm gonna use the loot to buy a wireless router and network card, and then MGS3: Snake Eater if I have any cash leftover. Any recomendations on brand and model or merchants?
