Favorite Video Game Character: Joe Musashi, from the Shinobi series. He's just plain awesome and he's a ninja.
Favorite Video Game Snack Food: Hi-C Fruit Snacks
Most Influential Musician: Grover Washington Jr. by far . I listened to his stuff for years on end and tried to play like him for a while and recently I got ahold of a DVD if him playing live and I can't see anyone else being better than him.
First Experience with Music: I started piano when I was 5. I was young, but I thought it was fun at the time.
Musical Accomplishment: 8th grade band teacher called me the "Michael Jordan" of the clarinet, 9-12 grades received Best Musician Awards, 11-12 grades received top soloist in the state, 9-12 grades made it to All-State, 11-12 grades, made it to All-State Jazz Band, received a Jazz Band Scholarship. I also got stage experience from playing in Starlite 5.
Favorite OneUps Memory: Meeting Mustin. Actually, Mustin met me. I played a gig with the UofA Jazz Band and after the gig he came up to me, introduced himself, and said that he plays video game music and asked if I wanted to join. Because something like this usually happens after a gig, I said, "sure," gave him my number, and told him to call me. Later, I found out that he's already pretty well known by quite a few people and I was surprised that this guy was for real.
