Most Influential Musician: Chris Harnden, violin teacher for 6 years, and Mark O'Connor, a bluegrass folk violinist.
First Experience with Music: I was always big on what my parents were listening to. I used to record my favorite songs on tapes all the time - including the soundtrack to The Jetson's. We also had lots of toy instruments as kids.
Musical Accomplishment: Performing with The OneUps in San Jose, CA.
Other Musical Accomplishments: Consistent 1 ratings at state competitions in grades 9 - 12, three years in the Kansas City Youth Symphony, Currently sits 2nd chair in the U of A orchestra, Second violin in the U of A "appassionato" quartet.
Favorite OneUps Memory: The entire trip to San Jose, really. One thing that sticks out about the trip is killing some time before we had to play our show. The GDC was going on at the time so Moose, Mustin and I thought we'd go check it out. We bought a few student passes to the showroom and spent the next couple of hours checking out all the neat games and hardware the different companies had brought.
